Troy Farah is a videographer, independent journalist and field producer specializing in developing documentaries and in-depth magazine features with strong human-interest narratives. He was nominated for an Emmy in 2017 for his work as a field producer on ‘Trumpland,’ a documentary for the cable network Fusion, spent a year as a senior producer on the e-waste documentary ‘Silicon Mountain‘ and co-produced two feature docs for BNN, the Dutch public broadcasting company and ‘The Back Road’ was given a Staff Pick by Vimeo.
He regularly produces for Lucrative Pictures doing commercial and documentary work. His music videos, short films and documentaries have appeared in NBC, Knowable Magazine, AJ+, Fusion, Golf Digest and Phoenix New Times and have been shown to live audiences at Film Bar, Trunk Space, Lost Leaf and elsewhere.
